The Eagle Has Landed

After only a couple of weeks with just the three of us together... enjoying life with a 3 and a half-month-old with no extended family to get in our way, we finally got bored of each other and ended up begging and pleading for more family to come visit!

Luckily for us, Moe-Joe just happened to be free for the week and after begging and twisting her arm really hard (wink-wink)... she finally agreed to come out and visit.

Everyone was excited to see Moe-Joe at the airport...
but no one more I think than Allen Jess!

The two of them had a lot of catching up to do...
so the car ride home was anything but boring.

On our way home we stopped to have some lunch...
and while we waited on our food,
Moe-Joe told some really funny jokes!

We got back home and finally got Allen out of his car seat so he could play with his Momma & his Moe-Joe!

Play time soon turned into lunch time for Allen Jess...
and Moe-Joe was more than happy to do the honors.

Cloudy & overcast... but with Moe-Joe in town, it could've been hailing out and she still would've gone out for a walk! We put on our jackets, grabbed a blanket for Allen... and we were off!

With all the excitement of Moe-Joe being here... it was only a matter of time before the little fella knocked out!

While Allen enjoyed a much needed nap, the girls sat down to check their email, update their Facebook, send out a tweet, and Skype! Those few hours away from their WiFi machines were just brutal!

After a quick nap, a good meal, and of course play-time...
Moe-Joe was tasked with cleaning that dirty little boy!

If we had left it up to Moe-Joe, the two of them would've been in there for hours just having a good ole time... so I eventually had to step in and expedite things a bit!

All clean and ready for some more sweet nibblins from Moe-Joe!

With an entire week specifically dedicated to playing, loving, kissing, changing, feeding, bathing, and talking to Allen... Moe-Joe's first day was exactly how she wanted it to be, and I can't imagine the rest of the week being any different. But with full, exciting, and playful days up ahead... Allen Jess & Moe-Joe needed all the rest they could get!
