Okay, so it's been a while, but we had one last folder of 'cuteness' left from spring earlier this year... so although the pics are a little old, they're still super cute, so enjoy!
I had a feeling my backpack felt a little too heavy
as I left for work that night!
"There's no time Mah... just get in and drive,
we're gonna be late!"
After the fourth slice, he wasn't lookin' so good... but Allen surprised us all and definitely showed that pizza who was boss!
Either our son is extremely resourceful...
or we dropped him on his head a few too many times!
We dropped Allen off at the Laundromat in hopes that our blankets would get washed... but he obviously was more interested in riding in the cart than he was doing our laundry!

"Hmmm... let's see here, 350 degrees for 15 minutes...
my cookies should be just about done now."
Good thing the market is literally just down the street... cause when we run out of milk, Allen almost always volunteers to make the short trip to get his favorite beverage of choice!
I could sleep for 14 hours straight and still not
wake up as happy as Allen does in the morning!
Sometimes afternoon strolls turn into afternoon naps!
Allen hates giving up his precious Cheerio snacks... but when we visit the ducks, he's more than willing to share with his feathery friends.
"The ducks are fed, I'm out of Cheerios, and I need a nap!
C'mon Mom... let's go home."
As if he'd actually wait the 10 minutes
it takes to get home to nap! Not a chance.
"Look Mah... one hand!"
Allen's first time down the slide going head first!
"High-five anyone?"
King of the playground!
Monkey Boy still needs a little bit of reassurance
and some coaxing to go down the slide...
But when he does, he absolutely loves it!
Allen & Mommy horsin' around at the park.
Okay... so maybe our ten mile bike ride
was just a tad bit too long!?
After a big beef patty and a pile of french fries & soda,
Allen was all smiles!
Allen took his 'shopping navigator' role very seriously!
It's a slam dunk!!!
Chow Mein, strawberries & blueberries, cheese and Chex cereal... all on one plate... for dinner. Yikes!!! I'm just glad it wasn't all on my plate!
Buried in pillows... sound asleep!
That must have been one heck of a dream.
No, no major earthquake... that's just how Allen
leaves the living room looking most nights!
Allen's first major climb - that wasn't the stairs! One minute he's running around the house... the next he's sitting up on our dining table! Totally freaked us out!
Being outside, going for a stroll, great weather, and with snacks in hand... needless to say, somebody was having a pretty darn good afternoon!
There isn't a plane or a helicopter that goes unnoticed!
If it's ah flyin'... Allen is ah spyin'!
"Maybe they won't notice and they'll put me in the sock drawer!
Mmmm... my favorite place to cuddle!"
